OK so we are at ~21lbs for bare rim plus packing for shipping (x4)? Do you think 19x19x10 is an appropriate box size or larger?

And then $35 to take the tires off if a deal is made?

I think so on the boxes. I'm hoping I can score a set of boxes at the tire shop (would be nice).

Yep. UPS account scores again. 4 packages, 19x19x10, shipped from 20171 to 70810, $100.

Only problem is in the mean time, I bought another project.

I am picking it up Saturday AM and if the guy will do me a favor on the price, I'll probably still have enough left to pick these up from you.

While we enjoy the hold music, anyone had rims like these blasted and painted or powdercoated? How much? Is there any functional reason this shouldn't be considered? I simply abhor black wheels(especially on a black car) and will want to go factory(ish) silver or a little darker.

Thanks!

That's not bad at all on the pricing.

What's the other project, we need pics !

I'm not sure if the finish on these is painted, or powder coated or other. I do recall someone saying the finish was hard to remove (but can't recall if that was on these TD's or on stock rims).

Oh just something old and square with a 383 SBC. Really tried to fall in love with the 4.8L beater but lost interest. That is going to be sold or to my dad and picking this up Saturday. Decided I wanted something old-school and complete. I *REALLY* think I can keep this one together for a whole month. My GF doubts me. The Jeep and the V doubt me as well. Fingers crossed I'll be pleased with the power and not be in the classifieds trolling for a 6.2.

At very least I know I need therapy. Just don't want to pay for it. You guys remember "Bull" from Night Court? "Will you take a Chevy(jingles keys)?"
