Fuel rail plumbing ,need some advice ??
Need advice guys.im going to be installing a magnuson heartbeat supercharger ,it uses a stock ls9 fuel rail that only has a fuel in but no return..I currently have a fuel line and return line plumb to my engine bay of my 68 camaro.i also have a aremotive fuel regulator 13110.trying to figure out the proper plumbing .does this diagram look like it will work or what's a better way?

The way ive seen, heard, and read on here from old posts that is preferred is into 1 rail, jumper hose to other rail, then out to fpr then to tank. Or i y out to both rails, then a line from each rail to fpr. Obviously if you dont have a return port on the rail this is rather difficult
Dead heading the rails will work fine NA as thats how most vehicles come new. But its not preferred with boost. I wouldnt do it, but ive seen people do it with good luck. Id prob find some aftermarket rails
Im sure other will chime in if they havent already, but thats my $0.02

the way you have it pictured is how i'm setting mine up. it's on a few sloppy mechanics cars making good power.
if you have billet rails and dont have to dead head them like with stock rails, you should run it like shown on the aeromotive site (or the instagram post as described above)

Thats an awesome pic thank you for posting it. Ive always heard dead heading the rails would cost a little hp but apparently theyve seen otherwise.
After seeing that im gonna think more about using my stock returnless rails instead of getting aftermarkets. Per that pic theyll support plenty for me
