I'm starting the process of redoing the interior in project RECALLD, I anticipate this is going to climb into the few thousand dollar range, but oh well.
Anyways, I think I have seats picked out, but for the carpet, headliner and door panels do we have a preferred vendor? Hoping to use some nicer materials that will last.
I used 6LE for my replacement seat covers. Black leather w/red inserts, The fit was not what I expected, and customer service was poor, he didn't want to hear or do anything about it.
For my carpet, I used stock interiors. A+ on this. I selected the plush carpet with the extra mass backing. If I was to do it again, I'd skip the Mass backing. The fit would have been be easier - but I'm happy with it.
I just ordered a set of black sun visors from stock interiors, they are to be delivered tomorrow, so I cant comment on them - yet.
I'm unsure about the fit of these ABS headliners everyone is making. I think I'll take my stock one out, and have the upholstery shop re-do the fabric in a black color to match the sun-visors.
I have yet to re-do my door panels. My plan is to use RedlineGood for he replacement leather center (red to match my seat inserts). I have a used set of 1996 door panels, I'm going to dis-assemble, paint or wrap the outer plastic black (I havnt decided yet), and re-assemble.

That's not good to hear about 6le, I was leaning towards those seats...Although recovering my stockers wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.
Leaning stock interiors for carpet right now and probably doing an ABS headliner, the stock ones are just cardboard right?

Lethal Interiors seems to make a good product for replacement seats, they even have them installed by an upholstery shop in your area.
You'll be happy with the StockInterior carpet! I'd be very inteersted in the fit of their ABS headliner. It's "supposed" to fit very well. The stock headliner is a soft foam.
I've used the Hawks Third Gen covers for a set of 02 Camaro seats as well as covers for a set of 95 Firebird seats. The latter has integrated padding, and even so, they fit excellent. Hawks may do a bit of price gouging IMO, but their seat covers are great for fitment.
The hawks covers look good. I'm going to call around to lethal as well. Originally I was leaning towards something I could use a harness with should I want to, but I don't think the car will ever see that extreme of use.
Edit: how is that harness routed on the stock seat?

I have an ABS headliner in my car, got it off ebay. overall it fit pretty good, was a PITA to install but that was mostly due to me doing it by myself. I had to cut the holes in the fabric for the sun visors, cargo light, seatbelts, etc (abs backing had them, but they just laid the fabric over and didn't cut it, NBD). other than that it was pretty straight forward. I can dig up the vendor if you want, he answered all my questions before hand and after ordering the headliner.

So the fit was right on? no gaps and such, like I heard can happen with the ABS ones?
I wouldn't say right on, but close. I had to fight it a bit to get the visor holes to line up, but again that was probably due to me installing it by myself. no gaps though
here are some pics, they aren't that great since my car is under a cover in hibernation for the winter and I didn't feel like taking it all the way off lol
its gray, car used to have a gray interior and I swapped all the plastics to ebony but kept the carpet and headliner gray cause I kinda like the contrast. I don't think it is sagging, didn't notice it till you mentioned it, I will have to check it out
