My On3 gets loud when in full boost..but compared to the vs billet seems like there is quite an audible difference. City streets you wouldnt know my car is turbo charged for the most part. I have 3inch downpipe and no filter..if I do get the 84mm from On3..i think that may change things up for sure.

I've heard. People complain before that the on3/vs racing cast wheel isn't as loud as some other turbo's. this billet wheel one is incredibly loud. It's crazy haha.
Ordering a set of 28x10.50 15 pro bracket radial tires this weekend then you will get to see them.

Wyontom gates? Love them for the price.
90* isn't optimal but Dont think it would be that bad. I'm a big fan of real filters vs screens, so I would take the restriction in flow gladly knowing I have clean air being sucked in... esp on the street.

Interested to see how you do the fuel system. Ive run -10 feed but an external dual EFI dominator fuel pump setup with the stock sumped tank. But Keeping dual EFI intakes is always fun to see how you get them to fit. Worst part is plumbing through the top sender. I currently run one aeromotive 340lph in tank and it has been great. You also need to upgrade the wiring big time as the single 340 pump pulls a ton of amps... let alone two.

Yessir twin 38mm wyntomn. I disassembled them and anti seized the stem. Looked real good, I'm about ready to let this thing rip.
I've got an old plastic K&n Intake tube from my cummins, 4" and it has a 90 direct off the compressor housing. Going to cut that up and try to make it work.
Fuel system will be done like this, bulkhead fitting thru the top of the sender.
It's crazy how much the wiring and the submersible fuel line costs for this ****. Know of any alternatives to $25 a foot for the fuel line and fuel rates electrical wire?

have you seen the sender on the 3rd gen? U have no room. The OE tuning is right next to each other. The sender is also not steel so you can't weld it.
Yes. The aeromotive pumps come with a pigtail and extra fuel rated wire. There is enough to run the wire through the sender cap and then you can run wire of your choice. I drilled a hole in the sender cap and ran the wire and then JB welded it closed.
Here re is my aeromotive install. So you can see what I did or got with my pump.

Ah gotcha. Well hopefully that gives you more room. I prob should have just went with an LS1 plastic tank.
either way u can see that aeromotive provides a good bit of wire and connector with their pump, it must be fuel rated so I would think if the pump distance is near or less than the 3rd gen then you have enough at least to get it through the sender and then wire it with normal wire. Aeromotive wire gauge is like 14 I believe.

Haha man I'm dying inside. I should have built the fuel system first. Now the car is fully capable of racing, except I'm fuel limited. I want to go drive it so damn bad. Bad enough I'm out here in 25* weather working on it :/ You won't regret it! Just ordered all the stuff to Turbo my fathers 70 SS ls1 nova.
