Are zip ties fuel submersible rated? Lol. Swap them out for a pair of SS worm clamps.

Also ditch the liquid filled fuel gauge... they are the worst for accuracy. Pull the rubber plug and drain the silicone fluid out.

I'll let you know if they are submersible rated or not the next time I pull them out!

Ordered the couplers to bring my turbo charge pipe straight out of the turbo and the 90 straight into the TB instead of the 45's, and ordered a nice 10an catch can, lines and fittings.

Was a good afternoon after being at the hospital for three days with little girl being born.

Map mounted and trans vac/map hooked up. Throttle body PC and reinstalled, throttle cable hooked up. Radiator lowered 2" and moved forward 2", alt painted, iat sensor relocated to Intake, steam vents re routed to water pump outlet, started on the lines for BOV, FBR, and boost gauge but I need to bust out the tig and weld a tab on my distribution block. Need to get line and clamps for the fpr because it's a tiny line. Making great progress. Trying To tidy some stuff up along the way.

No problem! I've never had good luck with them.

Fired it up with the new fuel system, Intake etc and it liked something. Exhaust is much louder and more radical.

8.8 is complete with dual calipers

Well spring fever has hit me pretty hard it seams. Sold my 00' z71 sas project, looking at buying a coan trans brake, Viking double adjustable shocks, and moser 31 spline axles. Can't wait. Here are a few pictures of progress.

Congrats on the Girl!

Sounds like the car is hunting and I can see the PS pulley change speed. My guess is thats an Ebay TB and your going to have lots of issues with it. Esp around idle. They are notorious for leaks and idle/low rpm issues.

Side note. I have the viking double adjustable shocks on the rear of mine with the 8.8 and love them. Make sure you get the right ones for your ride height as they have different numbers if your lowered too much.
