Has anybody ever had Corvette wheels on a mustang.
got a set of black C5 wheels offered localy. 17x8.5 18x9.5 with 80% nittos on for 300$
i know i would need adapters that would bring me to a prefered width overall...
i know its a mustang no go to do that so i couldnt find any "mustang pics" lol
well.. Updated...
i got em for 250 so ill see.. With adapters and rolled fenders they might work

It's back spacing that matters the most, not offset. it's got to be close or you have rubbing issues. If you are using a new edge Mustang 8.8 then it's around 7.5" inward because the 99-04 8.8 is the widest Mustang axle. If you get an 8.8 from a 94-98 then you need 6.5" backspaced wheels. You could have your axles and front hubs redrilled for GM bolt circle vs. adaptors which make clearance hassles worse, safer too.

No, you won't need the spring perches with coil-overs. Yes you will need the steering shaft as the AJE K-member moves the steering rack down 1.25" from the stock location, which makes the stock steering shaft too short.

Backspacing and offset are two different ways of measuring the same thing.
Are those original GM wheels, or aftermarket reproductions? I've found all sorts of different offsets listed online, but if they're GM wheels, they should be around 17x8.5" +56mm and 18x9.5" +65mm. With 1.25" adapter/spacers, you'd end up with 17x8.5" +24.3mm and 18x9.5" +33.3mm. Shouldn't have any problem with those fitting on a New Edge, assuming you have a stock width '99-04 rear end.
However, the rears are going to look sucked in quite a bit. Guys with 18x10" and 18x10.5" wheels run offsets in the low 20s, so your narrower wheel with a higher offset will be ~3/4" or more sucked in compared to those.

YES it be OEM GM vette wheels with exactly the offsets you mentioned
i was looking at
1.25" adapters in the front Here
and 2" in the rear to get the wheel more to the edge!! Here
i think thats gonna look good @right height with coilovers.
i still think corvette wheels on a Mustang are hilariously cool
sold the wheels, got a good offer and made some $

its fine for me i expected it to be worst...lol..
trying to find out how high the truck intake will sit on a aje k member and what height cowl is necesarry?
i ll get a used or cheap ebay brand fiberglass hood later..
its gonna be a tuning pars mix i dont care for originality ( cobra style, saleen etc) i just use what i think works well, looks goid and dont ruin me $$ wise.
was even thinking to paint the whole car. Semi flat black in the end at least i can paint that color myself with some help and its cheap and durable + some stripes decals to set it off...
lets see

Did anybody ever used the DIRTY COYOTE ENGINE mounts with stock 4.6 motor mounts and stock k-member.
i talked to there tech support they said it clears the truck oil pan but they recommend a f body pan...
that would work for my purposes.
