that looks like the Global West Coil over stuff, I'm looking at their front and rear Coil over for my 72, looking at doing a similar deal with the cast hooker manifolds, or make a log type manifold with some .120 wall stuff... Do you have a support going to the frame to help hold that Turbo? Looks like a great build, keep motivating!!!
the coilovers are viking double adjustables. I'm going to tie the turbo over to the block once I have all my hoses routed etc so I can make sure it's not in the way .

May have to give that a whirl, thanks!
Tip on the hot wrap. Use SS safety wire. (cheap at harbor junk). Those SS zip tie deals come loose and are generally garbage at staying snug in my experience. (maybe I got a bad batch).
I like to paint mine with BBQ grill paint too. Keeps the water from soaking into the wrap and I think it helps hold heat in too.

I have that same rotating filler neck! Does the gasket on the thermos actually seal up against something?
I’m always torn there and end up with a surge tank. I hate how they look though. Technically as long as you are at the highest point in the system you should be able to plumb the steam vent to it. I ordered this china cheapie to try on the mustang. The return on the bottom of the tank is on the small side. But it’s cheap and seems to be working. Hate how it looks thou!

The plastic VW surge/swirl tanks are also cheap.

I have the bottom running to the heater core port with the other port blocked off. The port on the top of the bottle goes to a port on the highest part of my radiator.
If you go that route make sure you use a new tank and cap. I chased my tail trying find the issue of coolant seeping past the cap. Turned out that the bottle had groove down where the cap seals.
