What can you do? Put a dampener on my spirits for sure, but as you said, I'm glad I caught it now.

Forced I have a VS racing s480 billet

Got my strange chromoly driveshaft and sonnax chromoly slip yoke on the way, also ordered a 40,000gvw true cool trans cooler, and all the fittings and line to run 8an from the trans to the cooler. Also made some changes to my fuel system, adding in a wiz spin on filter setup.

These lovely gems showed up today, time to get this party started.

New pistons, pins and rings arrived, and my radiator catch can.

Question. Would it be better to feed a hose down to the bottom of the catch can and vent the top, or run the hose to the top and put the drain petcock on the bottom? I can do either.

Do you want it to be a catch can, or a coolant recovery can.
Does the top fitting have a tube that goes to the bottom
If catch can, hose to the top so you can drain it
If coolant recovery, hose to the bottom, so when the engine cools it will draw water back into the rad-as long as there is a vent hole

Little short for me! Mine is 51.5" center to center. Thank you though!

I suppose the recirculating setup would be better, but I have to mount the cab down low. So not sure it will work

Driveshaft came in today, looks like a nice piece. Looks like it took two large weights to balance it.

After seeing some re bet posts about reluctor wheels coming loose, I'm going to take my pan back off and tig the wheel on

What did you end up gapping the rings to?
