Any warranty information is supplied in the box with the item. As far as it sticking with the original buyer, I don’t know.

Warranty from Holley is from date of original purchase and I'm pretty sure it's transferred to new owner. Everything I've bought from dealers has shipped directly from Holley so I assume they would know when it was purchased even if you don't have a receipt, If this unit has been sitting on your shelf for very long the warranty time is ticking down.
