Yup...without cats they did have some good tone. I will agree with that.
I have a 5 piece Bassani catted X-Pipe with optional test pipes and if I removed the cats, it did sound pretty good.

With the cats though, it became pretty mellow.
Guess it really comes down to is what do some consider "loud"...lol

ATAKs without cats though is way too much and pretty damn annoying. After 1/2 hour driving, I just want to gtfo of my car.

It's cool for a while messing with the neighbors but after that, it become an unpleasant experience when it is too loud.

I must be getting old...never thought I'd hear myself say that.

My nearest neighbor is about 1/2 mile away. They'll be fine.

5.0 with a cj setup and supporting mods should be a easy low 11s car

Yew hush. That can happen when you are in manual mode and forget to pop the shifter into D. I'll pop a D in your shifter doe.

Mods in that vid were Pray Perfomance ported IM & TB, 93 tuning(not perfected yet), drag radials, and a CATCH CAN.

I didn't cut the stalk airbox yet and plug the hole.

Maybe a tune can fix the upshift in manual mode.

In my V2, PatG was able to make it automatically up-shift when in the Sport Manual mode, no need to tap the shifter over to the D position.

Good luck trying to hook up this Sat. The high for the day is only going to be 45 DegF. At least you will finally have some good dry air though.

Good luck..

You need to share some more videos of that thing! I've been getting the vette itch. C7 GS is calling my name. They look so damn good. The hundo is obviously a lot faster, but the LOOKS and handling of the GS, CANNOT be fucked with.

Thank mang! I believe they are running again the 25th. Pray should have his car back together by then and be running also. I will at least have my front runner on the car by then... Unsure if my 18x12 rears will be finished by then. I hope so. I think it'll go 10.70s on a drag pack and we can get another tenth out of it with some spark tweaking in the tables from what we have seen on the logs.
