This was big last year, and here we are again.
Common fitments we do all the time are 18x9.5, 18x10, 18x10.5 and 18x11. This puts a set of F14's or CF5's at $1300 in 10"+ and $1260 for a set of 9.5's. Shipping varies depending on your location
This applies to all standard colors, various blacks, silver, bronze, gold, gunmetal, white. Brighter and anodized colors add $50 a wheel. Those include Anodized colors, Copper, Metallic Orange, Saphire Blue, Blood Red, etc.
My cars on Forgestars, Corvette on CF5's sized 18x9.5/19x12" in Gunmetal, the Camaro on 18x11" F14's in Matte Black.
