Thanks much. The jist of it is there just need to make a bunch of small changes and I think I will be able to get this thing to fly.

Rebuilt the transmission a couple seasons ago but now that I'm spinning it much higher I will have to give it more attention to help it with the higher rpms. I didn't do much trouble shooting after it went out but possible sprag failure or maybe the snap ring popped out of the 3-4 clutch pack in the input drum.

Solid numbers! Still running the stock 4l60 pan or did you go to a deeper truck pan?

Did you log your runs?
did you launch off idle or footbraking it?

No I did not log any of my runs. I usually don't.
I stalled it up to 3000. The Pt series seems to like being stalled up where my ss series converter liked to be flashed

I footbrake mine as well for best results so far but it seems tight. 2500 and it starts push in..
on my log the rpm is only 28xx at the moment my tps hits 100%
so really you can't be certain of your shift points and extensions given the accuracy of the factory tach...
did you get the converter restalled and if so what costs?

ya, the factory speedos and tachs are definitely delayed in these cars. I have yet to log a pass and don't do any of my cars tuning. Just many street tunes.

Got the converter restalled, transmission rebuilt and back into car about a week ago. Restall was $290.
Here is a quick wot
