The white stuff on the bolts is just some thread sealer I put on to take up space since the holes on the stick I was using were too big. I'll take it off before shipping. I can include the stick if you want it, it works and isn't sloppy, but it's less than ideal. Up to you.

Without. It'd probably be $20 to ship most places I'd think. If it's over I could cover it.
