In middle of intake swap & need help! Can I swap 26.6lbs to 28.8lbs with no tune?? I'm in the middle of an LS1 intake to LS6 intake swap. I have a 2000 C5 which came with 26.6lbs injectors. The used LS6 intake I bought has the injectors and fuel rails still attached.
Could/Should I swap the injectors?
And if so can I drive with the newer ones for a while till I can get it to a place to tune it?

Since my injectors are old and smaller, I thought it would be a good idea to swap, however I figured I'd post up first!
i swapped out 26 lbs stockers for a Z06 set i bought from Speed Inc.
i have a MAFT and set it to 10% lean base and 4% rich WOT.
car seems to really like it.
I have driven this thing for 6 years and can feel a real diff in daily driving situations.
i have had this fuel rail for about 1year waiting to install it until i could tune it.
But i picked up a MAFT and that seems to be working.
I plan on putting it on a dyno soon to read AFR and dial it is alittle more.
