I have been unable to contact this individual in several days. No PM's returned.
Cell phone number changed. PM mailbox FULL. Home phone - no answer and no recorder.
I purchased several items from this guy a little over a month ago. One item was the LS2 block he has listed. Others were the pistons, Comp lifters, timing chain, Head Studs, ARP balancer bolt, etc.
When the block arrived it was not what he described, so I contacted him (easy to do then) and told him I was unhappy and he agreed to refund me the money for the block, which was 500. He took forever to hold his end of the deal on getting a shipper to pick it up, but he finally did.
I tried to send it right back to him the following day after recieving it and inspecting it. I contacted him immediately andhe agreed to accept it back. It took a week and half for him to get the shipper (FedEx) to come and get it. I returned it in the exact condition I got it, packaged the exact same way. I then saw pictures he took of it back the board here in the 4-sale section just as I had shipped it, so I know he recieved it.
I still have not seen my 500 and I have tried to contact him numerous times. Last he said it was on the way and that was over 5 days ago. He is in ILL and I am in St. Louis, that is 2 day mail! I requested a money order just as I had sent him
This guy was decent to deal with on the phone and through PM throughout the sale and the parts were NEW as described. I believe he honestly did not know the block was in the condition it was, having bought it from another member. He was good enough to accept it back, but has not been good enough to send me my 500 back.
I hate to devote the time to take this to the next level, but I absolutely will!
As of now, I would not deal with this guy and if anyone has communications please contact me through a PM so I can get in touch with him.

I make several trips to Chicago throughout the year with work. I know I would hate running into someone I stiffed unexpectedly, especially when you know what he looks like, but he doesn't have a clue what you look like it. That would be a crappy thing to live with everyday.

Not that big of a deal, but still its the point.
Atleast they will power up but I can't log in because he didn't wipe them clean before he shipped them out. LOL!! Both have the 4 same users him and his family and a added bonus I recieved a veggie tales DVD in the disc drive SWEET!! LOL!! I can't believe someone would send a computer out to a random person with all there data still on it. I probably could have some fun with this, but i'm a honest person and i'm not going to. I hope you guys get your stuff or some payback.

Hasn't contacted me since he said he was sending out my money over a week ago, that was before he had seen I was all over all of his 4-sale threads and sent me PM's venting his frusturations. Maybe he his mad at me.
Getting all my ducks in row to file a claim through the US Post Office since I paid him with US Postal Money Orders and have my stubs, shipping invoices and all of his personal information (including pictures). Looks like if I can document enough hard fact that this is a federal offense.

Deadbeat is still avoiding me. He PM'd last week saying he was sending the money and a tracking number for payment. Never happened. I think he was just buying time.
His home phone had a fax machine connected to it for a couple of days last week.....probably tired of me using my automated phone dialer to pester the **** out of him early in the morning and late at night.
Now its back to just a answering machine that is turned off. The cell # is apparantly still good as he, or someone, called me back today after I left messages but they didn't have the ***** to say anything, just hung up. It is almost like this POS is toying with me.......
