WOW He is back! Other members including myself have already been screwed by John Sconiers look up posts by jsconiers. We have filed a claim with the Internet Crimes division in IL, but I never heard anything back.

Good Luck if you have any luck getting a claim together please let me know as I would love to join in on getting what is due to me and putting this guy away.

 

Call your credit Card Company. He screwed me out of the crank and rods but i got my money back.

Anyone who has been ripped by this guy needs to file a claim with icu there is several of us that have filed a claim and the more they get the more seriously they will take it. He ripped me for $800 for a 6.0L iron block that was described as a running 99 with 90K miles. It comes and I get a engine that looks like its been sitting in the bottom of a lake for years and come to find out from the wrecking yard it was dropped shipped from it had almost 170K miles on it. I have a post in the negative trader section with his name in it. I would highly suggest people search in that forum before buying from someone who is not a well established seller on here just to cover yourself

 

I also filed a claim and left negative feedback in the trader section.

I am in the process of filing with Fed Ex for mail fraud and the US Post Office since I paid with US Postal Money orders. It is classified as a Federal offense if they catch him. Deabeat POS!
