Nice used Martin Smallwood spec'd hydraulic roller camshaft. Was in a 416ci LS3 headed motor, turned 7500-7800 in the lights with a carb.
248-272 .637-.612 114+5
It's going to need rpm and a slutty converter to get moving.
I have been 150.16mph N/A on C14 carb with this cam

I also have a set of BTR .685 springs, maybe 10 passes on them. $150

never dyno'd it, track only car so I let the mph tell me how I was doing. Most of the time I run throttle stopped to run a 9.60 index. Just ran opened up to see what it would do. The run was a 9.163 at that mph and I am sure given some time, this would have been in the 8.xx ET
