I have two NOS brand LT1 nitrous plates. Each is for a twin 58mm throttle body. One plate is used and is being sold as the plate only. The other still has the original packaging with solenoid lines, brackets, blowdown tube, plate, and two throttle body gaskets. It appears someone has cut the packaging and removed a few of the smaller screws. Otherwise it's intact.
