I bought a complete twin turbo setup and these were extra or I don't need.

-alternator relocation bracket plus required belt - 120 shipped
(works great with stock rails, works with aftermarket rails if a 3/8npt 90 to whatever size you are using -6 or -8)
-38mm wastegate flanges - 30 shipped for all
-(2) oxygen sensors - 35 shipped each

do you have the weldable flange for the bov? and I assume the elbow is for a victor jr?

No I don't and yes it's for a victor jr. The flange can be had for 10 bucks with free shipping on ebay in stainless or aluminum.

You have to splice in the wires individually. It is an rpm limiter like the lingenfelter.
