Why does it look like the elbow is damaged? Can we see some additional pics from the front and also some close ups of how you have those rails mounted?

The elbow certainly isnt damaged, I think your seeing a reflection.

Those arent the fuel rails I'm including, I'm including black Holley EFI fuel rails basically for free. You will need fittings to complete.

I can seperate and do $220 for the intake and $180 for the elbow.

Not sure as I purchased it ported. Below is a pic of the runner, appears to be smoother finish and no casting marks compared to the other fresh out of the box Vic JR I had previously.
