Default IAT location help

I am installing a 6.0 in a 2nd gen Camaro and was wondering where to locate the inlet air temp sensor. Should I have it close to the throttle body or closer to the air filter? Im going to be running speed density if that makes any difference Thanks

Closer to the throttle body will be more prone to heatsoak. I would put it somewhere in between but away from direct heat.

I would put it close to the MAF, or where it would go if you don't use a MAF.
