I bet that is a fun car. Great combo and if some mineshaft air it would be 590-600 rwhp

Nice results, but why is the first dyno chart in SAE and the second one In STD?

Sorry we where comparing to a few shops cathedral port builds on here all stp number's. Gains are the most important to me as many have said the Msd doesn't respond to porting....
583hp 545tq sae
Smallwood has spec'd me another Camshaft to try, so Maybe next month I'll have some results on that.

Definitely curious to see how my 408 will compare to this. I bet the car is a riot to drive.

Nice numbers, any plans to take it to the track before the cam swap?

The car has a full road race style suspension setup, but I guess I could make a hit to see what mph it would do...
Definitely not light either at 3600 pounds.

Before you spend more $$$ on a cam, go 2in headers/3.5 collectors. You are at the power level where it makes sense to crossover to a bigger/better header. I would certainly, absolutely, try that first before doing anything.else. Congrats, the combo is rocking!

FYI, and don't get offended-please, but I think your heads are crap and it still made amazing power. I can only imagine a Brodix cathedral or a Mast 295 cathedral on this and the power it would make. I have talked with a guy several years ago who made 2hp per cube on a decent 408 with ET cathedral heads. It's totally possible, you just have to get a touch more serious and you are there. We should meet, I am in South Florida, lmk if you ever come to my area.
