Default Cathedral port heads for 5.3 that can ship to California

Hello!

I'm just travelling to California the 4th of July (coming from Guatemala). I wanted to buy some heads but I see Texas Speed is unable (as other sellers) to ship to California, I had in my shopping cart the 220cc 64cc as cast heads.

Does anyone know any head manufacturer/ seller that can ship to Cali?

Or any porting service that you recommend in LA?

Car: boosted 5.3 iron LS bored to 3.810 fbody 4th gen Camaro with 4L80e and 78mm turbo. Summit stage 2 turbo cam 226/230 .600 113 lsa I think. TBSS intake
My current heads are some recycled 243 heads that one chamber was hurt, and I'm using it like that.
I don't like current compression because it is a 65ish chamber with 7cc dish pistons. Also one chamber is hurt and I continue using it like that.

So why not buying some 64 or even 60cc cathedral heads that work with small bore. That flow some good 270-300 cfm

Budget: sub 2000usd

Or shall I go AFR 1506 (less flow)? Lloyd Elliot LE2? Any recommendations?

Find a middle man that lives in a state other than CA. Have the heads shipped to them and then have them ship them to you in California. Maybe repackage them. I don’t think there’s much risk of getting into trouble involved. It’s not dope. The shipping fees will probably be expensive but you'll have your heads.

West Coast Cylinder heads are in CA. I'd reach out to them.

I bet you’ll have to be in town for at least a few weeks to have someone local port them. You do not have to know anyone that lives close to California. In the USA packages are delivered coast to coast on a daily basis. If you know someone in New York they could have a package to you in a few days. The very next day probably if you paid enough.
