Default Would you run headers that were wrapped?

Been searching around for a set of headers for my C5, stumbled on these from a recycling place. They look solid, but were very clearly wrapped. At under 300 they look like a good deal, but I don't want to buy something broken. Thoughts?

If they're stainless steel I would purchase them and make a stop into Oriley's Auto Parts to buy some White Diamond metal polish. After a few hours of elbow grease those will polish right up and look as good as new. All the ones I've seen online look to have flanged ends. Do you know who made them and what they came off of?

Looks like stainless to me. Doesn't look like the wrapping affected them too much. Look like decent welds at the flanges. Looks like relatively low-risk.

Get em ceramic coated. UNBELIEVABLE difference.

I'd buy them and slap them on. Unless it's a show car, I wouldn't touch them, you can't see headers on a C5 anyway, lol.

So after doing a bit more research, I decided not to get them. I'm fairly certain they're Speed Engineering headers, which the small difference between the new vs used cost isn't worth it. I appreciate the responses though, thanks guys!
