Hey fellas, been fighting my smooth brain here, its a hard fight.
I got my truck running today. but noticed the engine responds to throttle blips suuuuuuupperr slow.
i got idle CL comp to +/- 3%, but when i tap the throttle it revs really slowly, and comes down really slowly. I don't know if that means i got a vaccume leak, or if this is strictly a tuning thing.
Problem is when i sit down on the seat i sware to god my brain just blanks out. I battle it by making a list of things to do as recommended by Joe, but then i find issues.. like the exhaust leak i had that shut down my efforts for today.
I can't think of what could cause the engine to be so lazy, its a 4L80e car with a circle d 258mm converter. (rotational mass?) but the timing, and the AFR's seem to be on par. Engine is a 370ci 9.24:1 CR, i have BR7's gapped to .024~ If anyone has any thoughts, id appreciate them.
