Need Fuel Check Valve help
63 Chevy II with very healthy 5.3 N/A and a Tanks Inc tank with internal walbro 255 pump. I have an Aeromotive regulator installed with return to tank. Lines are all 3/8" with 58 psi.
Ever since I installed this tank, I have had to double prime the pump when I go to start the vehicle. Turns out there is no check valve in the pump, or the regulator. I put a cheap Fitech check valve on the output side of the regulator, and it did help with holding the pressure in the line and limited drain back to the tank. Problem is, under heavy throttle, I am now seeing a 3-4 psi drop, and I am afraid that will cause some lean issues. I cannot find a check valve that lists the Cv rating or pressure drop, so I am having a hard time finding something that I feel comfortable installing.
Can anyone recommend a good quality check valve that will not drop pressure?

Our check valve will solve that problem. You won't see a noticeable pressure drop.
