Default Pushed through oil galley in LS2 trans mount bolts

First ever post here but I really wanna get down to the track so i figured i'd see what everyone thought
07 TBSS with the LS2, after completely building it up, went to put it back together and accidentally pushed through one of the bell housing bolts in the block, which went through the oil valley cover area, and tried to teflon it and use some rtv, throw it back in there, but its still leaking, anyone ever experience this? Any ideas? If i can ill try to get some pictures

It will never seal up. Look for another block.

correction, it’s not in the galley, just in the valley cover area, not sure if that helps

Post some pics, if it’s not cracked too bad you could have the area welded, or you might get by with a high temp epoxy but it would be risky.

would having the area welded involve pulling the motor, probably a stupid question but

I figure the risk with the epoxy since it could break off into the motor. You don’t think I’d have any luck with any kind of thread sealants?
