Default TCC wiring

Hello y'all.
m swapping a LS1/4l60E in my Miata, Engine runs fine has good oilpressure and everything. I can read out all the OBD2 pids and everything but im not sure if i have the TCC wire connected up correctly. I do have 12v when the brake pedal is not pressed but in the OBD2 app the PID does not change. I believe i have the correct PID for that but how can i make sure it works correctly?

Problem im having is the car creeps forward to fast. It speed up pretty quick and way to fast. I was thinking my TC is locking up. The car is very difficult to stop. I need to pull the handbrake to get to car to stop. Engine itself is not stalling.Idle might be a little high but nothing crazy.
