This is a LS6 manifold with the EGR blocked off, the map sensor in the back is broken. The brake booster line cracked and was causing a leak. It also had a slight crack on the drivers side in the back, but it was sealed up with glue and is holding fine, it wasn't cracked where it would cause a leak, just the back tip of the manifold was cracked a bit. I believe a new map sensor is $55from Fred Beans. The 2 pics are from when I first bought it, the map sensor is visible in the first pic and you can see the side which is broken. YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE SENSOR IN THE BACK HOWEVER. That is shot and that is why I am selling it cheap. Paypal add $5
