Trailblazer SS L92 head swap dyno
Previous dyno: 221\224-115 cam only, stock heads
Current dyno: Bowl blended L92 w\stock valves and new cam
mods:
-Stainless works headers
-Single Magnaflow exhaust
-Cold air intake
-Yank 3600 converter
-ASP pulley
-L92 heads and intake setup
-custom cam 224\?-?
nitrous cam !-stock gears and rims\tires
UNLOCKED numbers, but not to bad for a 224\xxx cam to start with
NOTE The dyno graph starts out low due to having to roll into the throttle and full throttle about 4600 RPM

looks like that cam/head combo is carryin way past 6500 rpm...... any figures you are willing to share on said cam? how big? how much duration? what have you found that does or doesnt work.
No benifit to you from me as someone else is doing my setup..... but I would appreciate any input you are willing to share...... thanks for sharing the results!!! that is Killer!!!!!!
The problem is we tried to start it lower, but it would kick down to 2nd gear everytime

How's the low end and drivability on it? Should be good with the little cam I'd think?

I am probably getting ready to do a h/c kit on the SS and would like to have a better idea on which cam would work the best.
Also, how did the SW headers match up to the heads? Any problems?
It has more power from the bottom to the top!
I tuned it with HP tuners. Used my Tech 2 scan tool to lock the converter but the converter would let loose about half way through the pull but still showing it was controled locked.
