ok i bought this not even 3 weeks ago its a MSD DIstributor Cap ( this one ) i only opened it never tried to install or anything the hardware bag is still sealed im looking for $130 shipped anyone?

 

I take it that it is the vented 95-97 OPTI???

 

yea its vented im not sure if it works on 93 and 94s???
im guessing u would just need to run a tube up to the intake and stick it in before the MAF but not positive

 

If TXTA doesn't buy it, I will. I have cash in hand!

im not sure im trying to find out but not having any luck

 

I'm positive it wont work on a 94. To make a vented optispark work on a non-vented car you would have to change your:
-Camshaft
-Camshaft timing gear sprocket
-Timing chain
-Front timing cover w/seals installed
-Timing cover gasket and water pump gaskets
-Vented air/vacuum harness
-And I think you also need a replacement Optispark electrical harness.

You can buy the conversion minus camshaft on eBay for $651.81 shipped, not worth it if you ask me!
