Look at TEA's website it lists the specifics for the heads
(for the lazy people heres a link)

They have been freshened up from there with new springs etc........and the price is for the heads includes the pushrods, the lifters, springs, keepers, locks, seals etc "Complete bolt on and haul heads"...................
