Sure... if it's too big to attach to your message and you don't already have a hosting account somewhere that allows offsite image use, upload it at a site such as www.photobucket.com (which can then also be used to host the finished image for your sig) and post the link

So post a link to the full-size image on your photobucket account, just like how you did when you were putting the address in your signature... then I can view the image and post a resized version

Download www.irfanview.com. Its very easy, very fast and very free 
Just open the image and press ctrl + R and it will ask you what size you want to make it. Click ok and press save.
