Firstly you can't directly display images from webshots, secondly that's not a direct image address even if it could work ( http://client.webshots.com/album/369976862cVAYkg ) , and thirdly the sig image is much too large (635x277) - the size limit is 500x150.
I resized it for you (which wasn't straightforward because of the awkward dimension ratio, and trying to keep the small text somewhat readable), uploaded it to www.imageshack.us so that it can actually show up, and corrected your sig code.
