try [img] before and [/img] after the link instead of [pic] [/pic].
it will post like this:
Or you could just highlight the link and then click the little yellow button that looks like a mountain and sun above the text box and it will automatically wrap the link with the [img] tags.
Does this make sense? Just trying to help.
