are user bars allowed?? Are we not allowed to have user bars???

The sum of the image size was over the limit. 500x150 is the limit, to include multiple images. Which means.....all images must total <= 500x150. Yours were 20 pixels over the limit.
Animated signatures are also not allowed anyhow.....
