9"s isn't fast enough ! I have a 3025lb. 84' firebird, 440" N/A SBC, best to date 9.19 @ 148., stock style susp. 23* headed. who's got the fastest N/A 23*headed SBC that you know of. JR.

JR is that car in california/????? cuz it looks familiar to me... Could have sworn a car just like it raced my buddy in a twin turbo buick grand national at the north vs south event in bakersfield in like 1998 or 1999 sometime.....
Might have been another but this one was a Morgan Motorsports car....
And like Tony said, Joe O has run those times with his LT1 and 23 deg AFR's..... With 388 ci LT1.... 9.20's last i heard....
