Thinking of a new cam

I posted a thread a while back about my Nova springing an oil leak and since the engine is torn halfway down anyways I was thinking of getting a new cam for it. I'm not sure what's in it now but it's not real big at all. The mods on the car are:

355cu
Speed Pro hypereutectic pistons
Eagle I beam rods
Eagle Crank
TFS 23* heads 64cc
Edelbrock RPM intake
Edelbrock AVS carb
stock stall
3.42 posi 10 bolt
Hedman Headers

I'm looking for a cam that'll let me cruise with ease but still be able to get down at the track. Any suggestions?

Well, with a stock stall, te biggest and best i can suggest would be something like the comp extreme energy line, 224/230 @.050, trying to get as close to .500 lift as possible.
