Default L98 heads on this combo

I got this great deal on a 355 a guy want to put an LS1 in his tired C4 the car needs full restoration before thinking of driving it so he pulls off his old 350 at first I thought its just an old tired 305 flat tappet block but then I cleaned the code at the block and how good to see the big 5.7L stamp on the block so I made this great deal with him I will switch with him the engine for a set of corvette emblems he and agree'd I start working on the engine to take off the L98 aluminum heads for my wrangler I found out under that dust and mud that the engine has Edelbrock performer intake (hooray) as soon I opened a head I cleaned the pistons and they where .030 over I toke off the other head and was thinking which better engine for my 92 wrangler,my wrangler has 700R4 and used to be 305 I toke off my 350 engine from my 92 Z28 it has a LT4 hot cam and performer intake and now I got those heads and I dont know which engine to put them on? should I go with the 355 and rebuilt it with new pistons, ring pistons and full gaskets and swap the cam and intake to the 355 or just clean the heads and put them on the 350 ? another issue I realised with those heads I will use a serpentine belt bracket and the L98 heads only has 2 holes for the bracket and only one hole will fit the bracket on the head can I just drill a hole on the head for the bracket? or custom a small bar that connects the bracket ti the intake?

Look at the other side of the head, should be more holes on the other side...

the passenger side holds will be only two holes and the driver side has the correct 3 holes if I will switch the places it will have the same holes position I didnt find anyone complain about this issue and I dont know how some members fit them on their Z28's (89-92)
