New Build Thread i have a 96 SS that had a trashed motor and pulled it out, and later on found an SBC well i picked it up from the machine shop last night and everything is good to go i need a few things still but i am going to start this build thread, starting with a pic of the motor, sorry for crappy cell pic

A 4l60e isnt a bad tranny... just have it built a little... if this is a budget build then find you a torque converter out of a s10... it will stall 2700

heck a i didnt know that, and i was reading somewhere that a 4l60e wont bolt up to an SBC ... but the motor is .030 with an eagle crank, solid roller lifters, hardened extended pushrods, the cam is a comp cams 12-211-2. air gap intake, ect, ill keep the pics coming
