Default help reading plugs

So i decided to pull the plugs today to see how they looked after my 1st outing with the new setup and this is what they look like. Does it look like its running to rich to you guys? idle mixture off? plugs to cold?

Motor setup is as follows

355
186 double hump heads(fully ported and polished)
vic jr intake
holley hp 750
11.5:1 compression
custom lunati cam(.520/.540 lift 290/300 duration 240/250 @.050 106 lsa)
Mallory HYFIRE VI Digital box
MSD billet distributor
NGK UR6GP plugs
Motor runs on E85

Total timing set at 39*

also iab- .065 and hsb .031. Is that ok or could that be affecting it as well?
