wat should i go with a solid roller or a hydr. I dnt mind adjusting the solid roller cause i do that now.

For max power, i would use a solid roller, but with that compression, might as well go hydraulic.
If you want to tell a cam company what you have and what you are doing with the engine, a custom grind will usually net the best power.
A off the shelf is just quicker to get ahold of.

definitely go solid roller, just make sure you have the budget for good springs, rockers, pushrods, etc and tell who ever does the cam what parts you are running so the parts live.

RPM Air Gap is advertized as 1500-6500rpm. In a small cam, 355, with AFR 195's, it's probably the best choice. Doing a Vic Jr. will get you more hood clearance, and more power past 5000rpm but it will lose TQ down low. Nitrous makes GOBS of torque down low so if you aren't worried about power off of the hose, i'd switch to a Vic Jr but if you want to drive it and have good bottom end power, keep the Air Gap. I'd try the Air Gap if I already owned it!
