Default How much difference does lobe design make on power

How much more power would a super aggressive lobe like the comp TK make over a similar sized cam with the 421 lobes? How would these two cams compare on a 10.5 383 with AFR 210 elims?

Vs.

The tkr had the intake valve closing much sooner that the 288ar, will this help with bringing DCR up? In doing so will this make the engines throttle response quicker? Am I understanding this? It will also get to max lift much sooner therefore filling the cylinder more efficiently right?

The longer an intake valve is open, the more air and fuel can enter the chamber, but, more is not always better. That is why custom grind bump sticks are the way to go. With a 10.5 CR and 210 cc intake port heads, the larger cam would be my choice.
