Default TBI help please

My 94 chevy is truck is acting different yesterday it had a miss and had a burnt spark plug wire so i changed the plug wires and changed the plug in that cylender because it was fouled now i have no power and it smokes kind of bad i made sure three times that the plug wires are on correct it is almost like it is burning oil ... it is also using alot of gas like 26 gallons in 192 miles i checked the compression all cylinders are at 140-150 there are no codes and no SES light please help thanks guys

I agree with the regulator. If you used 26 gallons in 192 miles you might not have any piston rings left.

I figured out that my local fuel station had a delivery error and I had a tank full of diesel fuel the problem has since been corrected and their insurance company has paid for all repairs

ps, regulator shouldnt have been the 1st guess......
