Stock crank and rods, hyperutectic pistons, approx 10:1
049 Oval port heads, fitted with 2.25" valves, no port work
Comp 292 Magnum cam, .550" lift.
Harland Sharp roller rockers
Summit Stage 2 intake , (similar to Perf RPM)
Holley 950 Ultra HP carb
MSD ignition.
I'd like to leave bottom end alone, stay around 6000 rpm, 6500 max. I've been told 049 heads can yield good power with work, plus they already have large valves in them. I'm figuring roller cam also, possibly Hyd roller. I doubt my intake will support these numbers so something like a Team G. And stick with my 950 carb. Lookin for some input & maybe a build list if someone has a similiar set up like I'm looking for. Thanks
Post edit: if it makes a difference this is in an off road only mud bogger, which will never see the street.
