Hard slam to d & r I've been going front to back trying to bring my 95 z28 back to full life. Just purchased and it's been a hell of a process.
Not to get ahead of myself here having already done every fluid, belt, filter, odd parts and pieces... When you shift from p to d or r , it hits it hard, like rock the car hard. Once driving it flips through gears with ease, just those starting out.
The previous owner where is sat for a few years said it may have a shift kit installed, shift kits I basically understand, but shouldn't rock a car, maybe hit a gear quicker with minor notice, but not hit that hard. I'm about to pull the trans pan, valve body what not and explore, but it's pretty blind. Any thought or experiences out there on this one?
