Help on sbc top end build

Was wondering what any of you could stir up for me, i got a 69 camaro with a basically stock 355 with 10.1 compression. i have around $3500 to spend on it. So what would be the best bang for the buck?

Custom ground hyd roller
RPM air gap intake
Holley HP750 street dp
Longtubes....1 5/8

4:11 gears in an eaton posi with a 700r4 and a 3200 stall. Take the remaining cash and put a cam intake and headers on it.
