Default Spark plug suggestions....

Hey whats up everyone.....I know my powerband with this motor is about 2500rpm - 6500....Car pulls extremely hard and I have no issues with it...jus seems like sometimes when in neutral and I give a quick rev its a slight hesitation like one millisecond and then it shoots all the way to redline really quick...like stated its not a BOG or a STALL jus a slight and I mean really slight stutter.....MINIMAL....I have one post up here inquiring about carb tuning...but im beginning to think maybe I could try a diff plug setup....havent pulled the plugs yet but I know they are AC Delco....jus wondering if you guys knew of a plug setup that could possibly maximize performance w/ this setup....

I use ngk myself. You may want to check your gaps. I had some issues with mine doing the same thing and regapped the plugs. Seems to have fixed the problem.

Another thing I have ran into is arching at the cap or off the header. If your wires arc at all it will weaken the spark at the plug. Other than ignition it comes down to fine tuning the carb with a afr gauge if possible. I plan to do that with my 383 soon. I just got it running so the fun part begins as far as getting the most power out of it.

i had a solid lunati cam with 750 holley. came was about 298/300 duration and used a 3500 stall... nature of the beast, will tend to want to stall because loosing vacuum with big cams... get a vacuum pump and reservoir is only thing i can think of.
i have the same intake manifold, but heads are old t1 brodix 2.08 n 1.60 for a 383. what msd distributor are you running? i have a pro billet with blaster 2 coil and 6al box. inside the distributor i swapped the springs out and used 1 blue springs and 1 silver for the advance
