Default Lm7 noob question

So I'm new to this whole small block thing but I'm looking up builds and what not for lm7's and can't seem to find anyone making anything serious on the stock bottom end (n/a) so my question is if I put a big cam in it, and yes a mean a big cam (I'm still to much of a noob to throw out lift, duration, and csa numbers without looking stupid, but I mean big) And a big (yes I mean big) fuel system for this motor, ported tb maybe, and heads/headwork can I get power that way instead of going with a stroker build or forced induction? e85 is not out of the question either, though I can't seem to find many people running e85 on n/a setups but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places. And helpful tips or suggestions are appreciated. My end power goal is 450-500~ hopefully, through a t56.

Rwhp or fwhp? How high do you want to rev it?

Hp is torque at rpm, small displacement naturally makes less torque, therefore you'll need more rpm. Tighten the quench, increase the SCR, and get a cam to match and a fuel system to support it and I think it's possible.

500fwhp? Easy, and daily drivable with out having to rev to the moon.

500rwhp? That's a tall order. It can absolutely be done. But don't plan on having any resemblance of low end torque.

Either or, I'm lowering my standards as I'm doing more research, but I'm still curious what can be done with a healthy fuel system and a motor that can flow it. I guess it's sort of backwards thinking though to want to tweak your motor to accommodate your fuel system.

The car will not be daily driven most likely, it will just be a "play car" so to speak. I plan on sliding ("drifting") it and maybe taking it out on a road course or 2. I live between Putman and the corvette museum so I'd like to make it to both one day, but I digress.

I had a talk with a few friends and it's probably going in as a stock motor for a while (with an ls intake and a tune) and will probably get a cam and heads down the road.
