If the plastic top piece is broken off glue it back on, looks like side on the module connector is broken as well but some silicone should work fine. Your looking for the ECM/EFI out connector like on a Large Cap TPI HEI or other, might have to find a used one as most aftermarket HEI are non-EFI or even swap to a small cap HEI n change or re-pin the harness connector.
Personally I am not a fan of the GM older EFI and will upgrade to a Holley EFI setup someday.
